In an emergency, call 911

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number now. Don’t wait for an answer from Body OS or Ask.

Not medical advice

MAHA Body OS provides health information and guidance. It is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care. Nothing on Body OS creates a doctor–patient relationship. Always ask a qualified clinician about symptoms, test results, medicines or treatment, and never ignore or delay their advice because of something you read here.

About Ask and other AI features

  • AI can be wrong. Answers can be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, even when they sound sure.
  • You check before anything is saved. Logs drafted from your messages and values read from your reports wait for your review.
  • Check readings against the original. A report reading can miss a value, a unit or a range. The original file is kept so you can compare.
  • Web results are someone else’s content. When Ask searches the web, check the source it links to.

Estimates and targets

Cycle predictions are estimates based on what you log. They are not a form of birth control and can’t tell you if you are pregnant. Nutrition targets are general guides, not a diet plan made for a medical condition. Talk to a clinician or registered dietitian about your needs.

Public data

Food facts come from USDA FoodData Central, and clinician and facility details come from CMS. This data can be incomplete or out of date. Body OS is not endorsed by USDA or CMS. Always confirm a provider’s details, availability and insurance directly with the practice.

Comparing lab results

Body OS compares results only for the same test, unit and lab. A change between two reports is not a diagnosis. Labs use different methods and ranges, and only your clinician can say what a result means for you.
