Terms of Service
These terms explain the purpose of Body OS and your responsibilities when creating an account or using the service.

Using Body OS
MAHA Body OS provides tools to organise health information, log routines, explore public food and care data, and ask questions using the context you choose to share. Use the service only where you can lawfully agree to these terms and provide the information you submit.
Health information, not medical care
MAHA Body OS provides health information and guidance. It is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here. For an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
AI responses, nutrition targets, and cycle estimates can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important details with a qualified clinician. Our Health & AI Disclaimer explains this in full. The service does not guarantee health outcomes, appointment availability, insurance coverage, or the accuracy of third-party listings.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and do not share account access. You are responsible for the activity you authorise. Contact support@mahaos.org if you suspect unauthorised use.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights to the records and content you submit. You give Body OS permission to store and process that content to provide the features you request, including AI processing when you choose to use it. Only upload information you have the right to provide.
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, AI context controls, exports, and deletion.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person’s information, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or use Body OS unlawfully. We may restrict access when needed to protect accounts, investigate abuse, or comply with applicable requirements.
Public data and external services
Food and care information comes from external sources, including USDA and CMS. MAHA Body OS is independent and is not endorsed by those agencies. External websites, providers, and AI services have their own terms. Verify current information directly with the relevant source or care provider.
Availability and ending use
Features can change or be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Keep copies of records you need outside Body OS. You can stop using the service and use Settings to export your data or delete your account. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and changes
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@mahaos.org. Updated terms will be available on this page; material changes that require a new agreement will be presented before that agreement is requested.
